Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take 1 to 2 days business working days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping Delivery

The following shipping methods are available, Royal Mail second class 3-5 days, first class 1 to 2 days. Special items are mostly sent via UPS. Business days do not include weekends. If you would prefer to use your own shipping method or collect in person please let us know prior to placing an order.  The shipping company Royal Mail or UPS can be selected on the checkout page

If an order is placed before 5:00pm on Thursdays, the order will be shipped on the following Friday morning. Orders placed after 9:00am Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday.

Parcel tracking is provided by the parcel carrier.
